Main Responsibilities:
- Provision of first level support to Bornan employees on user devices and peripherals, as well as applications.
- Installation of software and hardware as well as equipment configuration.
- WIFI administration.
- Finding the most versatile and suitable devices for the company’s use.
- Microsoft Platforms Administration
- Cybersecurity
- 27001 compliance
