We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Madrid office. The successful candidate will collaborate with the administration department and will perform C-level Executive Assistant functions.
The requirements:
High level of written and spoken English.
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Professional and proactive attitude, with excellent problem solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with budget management and internal process development.
Comfort in handling confidential information.
Willingness to travel.
Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts is a plus.
