BORNAN SPORTS TECHNOLOGY is a company specialized in technological innovation applied to sports. We are looking for someone with a high level of English, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our Madrid offices, starting in January 2026.

In this role, you will support Bornan’s Executive Management and provide general administrative assistance. You will also handle document management tasks and help coordinate various internal and external communications.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive Management’s calendar, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, calls, and travel logistics.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documentation.
  • Maintain records updated, including both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Organize and support internal meetings and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient administrative operations across the company.
  • Support other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • High level of written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional and proactive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with budget management and internal process development.
  • Comfort handling confidential information.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts is a plus.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Training in administration, office management or related fields.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring all administrative activities are completed on time and accurately.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and external clients or visitors. Additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
  • Time management: Ability to manage time effectively, balancing daily administrative tasks with long-term projects and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to handle sensitive information and important documents accurately, ensuring all records and files are well-organized and error-free.
