Commonwealth Youth Games – Trinbago 2023
The first Commonwealth Youth Games to be held in the Caribbean brought together over 1,000 athletes from some 70 Commonwealth nations and territories. Bornan enhanced the Games from a technology perspective with a highly skilled team and innovative services.
The challenge
68 nations, +1000 athletes, 8 sports disciplines including para-sports.
How
- Online Results: We delivered a results platform and App covering all sports and modalities, medal tables, records of athletes, teams, and delegations, alongside the calendar of the event.
- Eight sports disciplines delivered: Athletics and Para Athletics; Aquatics; Beach Volleyball; Cycling Road Race & Time Trial, and Track; Netball Fast 5vs; Rugby Sevens and Triathlon.
- TV Graphics: We designed and integrated graphics into four signals simultaneously per day and daily highlights of all sports.
- Games Management System (GMS): Bornan successfully delivered 5 modules, including Registration, Volunteers, Accreditation, Sports Entries, Arrivals and Departures.
