BORNAN SPORTS TECHNOLOGY is a company specialized in technological innovation applied to sports. We develop technological products for all types of sporting events, large or small, nationally and internationally. Our company is proud to offer a comprehensive range of services, including results, timing and television graphics in real time.

We are currently looking to hire someone for our administrative department (fixed-term contract). This is a dynamic role, and is important that you have a minimum C1 level of English and be willing to travel worldwide.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • A highly organized and meticulous person with a strong attention to detail
  • C1 level of English (written and spoken) is essential; other languages are a plus
  • Autonomy, responsibility, and proactivity to work in collaborative environments and under tight deadlines
  • Experience in employee travel management and internal supplier management is a plus

 

What would you do?

  • Management and coordination of employee travel, accommodations, and travel insurance
  • Registration and management of access cards, uniforms, and required documentation
  • Management of office supply purchases
  • Management of external service providers
